2015 Hilton Head Open

August 7th-9th

Port Royal- Robbers Row

The 41st Annual Hilton Head Open will be held at Port Royal-Robbers Row. The Hilton Head Open is an annual event presented by the Hilton Head Island Chapter of local PGA Professionals.

This event hosts a lot of history, dating back to 1975 and is open to Hilton Head Island Chapter Professionals and Amateurs who live in or own property in Beaufort County. For many years, it has benefited many charities, and we remained steadfast in this goal.

The Hilton Head Island PGA has selected to partner with the North American Special Olympics as our title charity.  Part of the proceeds from your entry will be donated to the North American Special Olympics and their upcoming event at Port Royal.  Port Royal Golf Club will welcome an estimated 240 Special Olympics Athletes and Unified Partners - the largest attendance for the regional golf tournament to date - with over 250 volunteers, along with families, proud supporters, and staff.  Special Olympics Athletes and Unified Partners will compete for awards in each level of competition.  Competitors will be placed into divisions (based upon age, gender and ability level), affording each athlete the opportunity to showcase their skills.  Special Olympics is a global movement that unleashes the human spirit through the transformative power and joy of sports, every day around the world. With the support of more than 1.3 million coaches and volunteers, Special Olympics delivers 32 Olympic-type sports and more than 81,000 games and competitions throughout the year. Port Royal Golf Club is honored to be selected by Special Olympics to host the 2015 Special Olympics North America Golf Invitational Tournament, September 10-13, 2015.  For more information please contact
